Aisling (Ash-leen) is a hospitality veteran, master of spirits, cocktails, tasting, bar craft, and bar operations based out of Boise, ID. She has a degree in Culinary Arts & Beverage Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Certified Specialist of Spirits, Executive Bourbon Steward, and Certified Cider Professional. She is a Mezcal spirit guide and specialist of Whiskey. She has tended bar and created programs for every bar concept imaginable in various markets including LAS, ATX, and BOI. She has experience executing cocktail programs for large scale events like SXSW, Tales of the Cocktail, and SACC. Education and industry leadership credits include working with PDXCW, Camp Runamok, Wild Turkey’s Behind the Barrel, and judging for Whiskies of the World.

In 2022, Aisling was featured on the Netflix Series, Drink Masters.

Aisling is a master of spirit tasting and has pioneered a groundbreaking new methodology geared toward professional tasting and evaluation of flavor and Flavor Mapping.
